Ensure the quality, compliance and privacy our constituents deserve by sending all alumni and friends mass emails through the central development office.
If you would like to send a mass email to alumni, friends or other non-faculty, non-staff and non-student groups, please submit a request.
Mass Emails, Invitations and Event Registration Pages
Turnaround: 7-10 business days
UT Dallas entities hosting Alumni events may request a mass email invitation and are strongly encouraged to utilize the alumni event registration system.
Alumni Mass Email Forwarding
Turnaround: 3 business days
If your department or group would like your newsletter distributed to alumni, we’re happy to help. Please fill out the mass email form and include your newsletter’s browser version URL in the email body copy field.
