Mission

Founded in 1969 by Eugene McDermott, Erik Jonsson and Cecil Green, three of the co-founders of Texas Instruments, UT Dallas has historically provided the North Texas region with interdisciplinary training in STEM fields, educating the next generations of leaders prepared to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing, technology-driven society.
