Inspired by her late mother, Huang developed an organization that teaches refugee women job skills through catering for a cause.

A Survivor of the Holocaust, Eva Ratonyi MS'76 Shares the Importance of Education

Through the resourcefulness of her father, Ratonyi and her family were able to escape the Holocaust before living in a refugee camp and eventually migrating to the United States. Through moves to New York, Philadelphia and eventually Dallas, Ratonyi kept her education a priority.
