New Members Join UT Dallas Executive Board

The University of Texas at Dallas welcomed five new members to the Executive Board during its fall meeting on Sept. 24. Individuals joining the board also serve the University in advisory capacities at the UT Dallas Retirees Association, the Callier Center for Communication Disorders, the Naveen Jindal School of Management, the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology and the Center for BrainHealth.
Teresa Hollon
President, UT Dallas Retirees Association
Teresa Hollon retired in 2017 as an administrative assistant in the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science at UT Dallas and currently serves as president of the UT Dallas Retirees Association.
Hollon began her UT Dallas career in 2001, shortly after the Jonsson School opened the Engineering South Building and a new advising office. During her tenure with the University, she witnessed a rapid expansion in UT Dallas’ student body, with enrollment growing from 7,000 students to over 30,000.
Many of the goals Hollon worked on in her early years at the Jonsson School have now become University standards, including regular advisor meetings for students, peer tutoring and internship opportunities. She is proud to have helped UT Dallas grow through her contributions to staff development, procurement, scholarship distribution and grant proposals.
Anne McPherson
President, Foundation for the Callier Center and Communication Disorders
Anne McPherson is president of the Foundation for the Callier Center and Communication Disorders, a nonprofit that serves as an advisory committee to the president of UT Dallas and the executive director of the Callier Center for Communication Disorders.
McPherson is active with several Dallas-area nonprofits and philanthropic organizations, having served on the Cattle Baron’s Ball committee, as Mad for Plaid co-chair for the Highland Park Education Foundation, as a founding board member for the Young Men’s Service League, Highlander Chapter, and as a committee member for the Crystal Charity Ball. She previously worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs and a management consultant for McKinsey & Company.
McPherson earned a BA in mathematics, a BBA in finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Keith Pearson MBA’97
Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder, Pearson Partners International
Chair, Naveen Jindal School of Management Advisory Board
Keith Pearson MBA’97 is founding partner, chief executive officer and chairman of Pearson Partners International, a global, full-service executive search and leadership consulting firm. Pearson launched the company in 2002 and specializes in securing C-suite leaders for Fortune 1000 and private equity portfolio companies.
Before founding Pearson Partners International, Pearson was a managing director with Whitehouse & Pimms and a principal in the professional services practice with TMP Worldwide Executive Search.
At UT Dallas, he serves on the Naveen Jindal School of Management Advisory Council and the Human Resource Management Professional Advisory Board. He is also a member and previous chairman of the board of trustees of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, North Texas Chapter.
Pearson earned a BA in business administration in management from The University of North Texas and a master’s in business administration from UT Dallas.
Donna Swanson BA’20
Freelance Administrative Professional and Project Manager
Member, Dean’s Advisory Council, Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology
Donna Swanson BA’20 enjoyed a long career in the executive search industry as an administrator and project manager before moving to the nonprofit sector. Most recently she served as operations manager for Kristy Stubbs Gallery.
After serving as a board member and board president for Dallas United Crew, an urban water sports center, she returned to school to pursue her interest in art history. Swanson earned her bachelor’s degree in arts administration and management from the School of Interdisciplinary Studies at UT Dallas in 2020 and has served on the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology since 2022.
Lindsay Wilson
President, Corgan
Chair, Center for BrainHealth Advisory Board
Lindsay Wilson has worked in the Dallas estate industry for over 25 years and is currently president of Corgan, where she has led the firm’s growth and partnerships with clients including Goldman Sachs, Fossil, Toyota, Keurig Dr Pepper, Southwest Airlines and State Farm.
Internal to Corgan, Wilson has championed efforts to streamline the firm’s brand, grow into new markets, refine internal communications, amplify onboarding programs and increase support of the firm’s community engagement program, Corgan Cares. In addition to her role as president, she serves as the leader of the Interiors Sector across the firm, with workplace studios in 10 of Corgan’s 20 office locations, serving clients around the world. She also serves as a director on the firm’s board.
Passionate about using her interior design and business development strengths to steward the impact of community organizations, Wilson is a 2011 graduate of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas program, a member of the Dallas Citizens Council and is chair of the Center for BrainHealth Advisory Board at UT Dallas.
Wilson earned a BS in interior design from the University of Arkansas.
